In a complicated relationship?

We are not friends but teacher and student.

When I was a child -
She raised me up and taught me to be good.
I listened and followed without much thinking.

When I was a teenager -
She grounded and punished me like every traditional/strict mother does.
I argued with her everyday....being rebellious as every teenager does.

When I am a young adult 20+ -
She is overprotected and still trying to control every aspect of my life.
I began to stay calm and trying so hard to respect her though I cant stand her sometimes.
